MOVEMENT

Movement is defined as a series of acts working toward a desired end.  It is transformative whether it be in life or art.   Sometimes the acts twist and turn.  Other times they are a sequence of straight lines or a circle where the energy and depth of color goes round and round.   This exhibit explores the beauty of movement in painting, photography and sculpture.   Evocative figures dance underwater.  Follow the Light.  Overcast.  Transition.  These words jump off the canvas of day into night or is it night into day?  A café evokes romantic memories in ‘Crystalization.’  Shadows create wagon wheels on a female form.   Tiny figures come together to create LOVE.  Parisian posters twist and weave into alluring abstractions.  There are many acts in this exhibit.  All working toward their own desired end.  The cumulative effect.   Flow.
